"Nurses were wonderful. The facility was clean and great. Our physician was not. Very poor bedside manner. 1 out of 3 accurate diagnosis, as confirmed by a GP the day after this ER visit. Couldn’t make a differential diagnosis for pneumonia & a gallbladder infection."

"Service was horrible, I went in for a stabbing pain in my lower left abdomen got in at around 3-4am I was seen right away was told insurance was good might have to pay at most $430 and insurance would take care of anything else. I tell the doctor my symptoms they tell me that I should get a basic blood test and wanted my consent. I agree to the blood test, and it looked like everything was good I was told. However they neglected to tell me that I had a high white blood cell count which indicates an infection. They also brought me to get 2 X-rays? But for what I have no clue since it wasn't a broken bone... After X-rays they leave me in the waiting patient area for 2.5 hours while the doctor is just sitting at a computer. They tell me everything looked good and it is probably gas sent me on my way telling me to go home and take a gasX. I pay the $432 and leave. 6MONTHS LATER I get a called from the billing department and they tell me I owe 4.3K... I get a itemized receipt and they charged me $3670 just for showing up and over 4k combined for 2 xrays. Absolutely ridiculous anyone that reads this should heed my advice and avoid this place like the plague in my opinion it's a scam."

"Nurse Samantha along with others and Dr. Soud were AMAZING. I have never had such a great experience at an ER before. They truly go above and beyond here to make sure their patients are taken care of from no wait times to warmed blankets and much more. I can not say enough good things about the staff here and will forever be grateful for how well I was taken care of during my visit."
