"UPDATE 10/6 THEY SENT ME A NO SHOW FEE IN THE MAIL!!!! THEY REFUSED ME AT MY APPOINTMENT.. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS PLACE TURN AROUND AND LOOK ELSEWHERE I had a new patient appointment today at 1, as we were leaving town since we have an hour drive, I called the clinic to let them know I would be about 10 to 15 minutes late. The lady on the phone tells me i should be there 30 minutes early but this is news to me as no one told me before, I let her know again i wouldn’t be early but a few minutes late so she has to go ask if it’s okay. A minute passes and she comes back and lets me know I can come. Upon arrival I check in on the kiosk and have a seat where I hear the reception girls talking about me and snickering about me being late. I get called up to the window where she seems extremely frustrated that i’m late rushing to get my things scanned in saying she doesn’t know If i will get seen today so someone goes to ask the doctor (Broadwell) she comes back and apparently he has said no, he will not see me. I told them i am only 15 minutes late and I just drove over an hour to see them and I even called ahead to let me know. They all just stood there staring at me as if i was speaking Chinese. She proceeded to tell me since i didn’t arrive 30 minutes early and 15 minutes late he wouldn’t see me and I would have to reschedule. Again, no one told me i needed to be there early for any more paperwork as I had already completed my new patient paperwork and faxed it back to them. I won’t be rescheduling with them, & if this gets deleted again, I will post again"

"Update 8/15: Dr. L. Broadwell is no longer willing to provide care to my wife. I would assume it’s due to me speaking the truth in this review. We will be glad to find a new provider. She never saw him anyways, usually his NP (no complaints there). If you have to cancel an appointment, you may want to send it certified mail documenting your cancellation. If they cannot verify your cancellation, you will incur a $65 charge that only Dr. Broadwell can dismiss...and he will not. My wife called and left a message on their voicemail to cancel an appointment and they claim they never got it. The office staff said they would discuss the issue on her next appointment and of course Dr. Broadwell was unavailable. If it is my choice, we will do business elsewhere. Principle > $65"

I would highly recommend this office and this Dr. I come here bc if osteopenia so they are keeping an eye on my bone density. I feel very well taken care of here."
