"They have replaced a lot staff members that were here previously because I use to dread coming here, if milk wasn't so high I would have been stopped. Anyway , Megan was super friendly and very good at her job, Im sitting here and I literally witnessed her answered multiple phone calls super friendly assisted everyone with no problems and no attitude. The two old heads that were here previously "retired" but I think they were fired but anyways Today's Appt got me really looking forward to my next appt.2023 Looking Good!!!"
"Really disappointed in this place. Although i wasn’t treated badly, i witness a lot of women come in and get talked to rudely ! Even heard the workers talk about them when they walked out the door. So unprofessional and still in shock!"
"Virginia Smith is rude needs God in her life. She treats the women that go for their appointments, horribly and very rude and does not answer the phone and every time I call it send the call to her line which there is another worker at the desk. That is very nice a Christian like lady, but I never can get her in line to have my card directed to her and the staff place all day on the phone laughing and just acting childish, and they forgot to give me my WIC card when I was leaving . Freaking ridiculous how they handle themselves"
"I called to schedule an appointment since one was not appointed to me. The lady on the phone answered and treated me as if I was incompetent. She gave me an appointment and did not ask if it would work for me I asked for another date and proceeded to remind her that I had class during those times . She caught an attitude before offering me afternoon but again scheduled me for a time without asking if that worked for me on the same day. Then laughed and said when I get it together to call her. Absolutely rude to people that count on you to provide them with necessary resources."
