"I confirmed an appointment two days before the appointment, then again the day before. I received confirmation. Took the day off. 20 minutes before the appointment I get a text that the handyman is caught up, and that the assistant has another appointment in the morning. No information was given about when if/when he was coming later, no apology. Nothing. I had called later on during the day, got an answer and started to explain who I was and the person hung up in my face. Then responded to the text saying she’s still at her appointment and not near the handyman. His services might be good, but I’ll never know. The other one star rating seemed to be the almost identical experience I had experienced."
