"I was very excited for my first appointment, especially since i have insurance at my job & grew up not going to the drs office ever. when i walked in the whole room is filled w people. no music, no tv, nothing. you could hear a pen drop. i walk up to the front desk lady and she didn’t look friendly at all. I can’t even say she smiled, she kind of attempted but it was more of a frown? She asks why i’m here and like I said, the room is quiet so everyone would be able to hear my conversation…. so that was embarrassing. she then explains i need to have my medicine bottles or a list from the pharmacy of what medications i’m on. my fault for not having the bottles of medication (because i load up my meds in a monthly pill box) but I don’t understand why I would need a list printed from my pharmacy when I could show them the list on my walgreens app? I don’t know, that bothered me because I just got an appointment at a new drs office and they said I could just write it on a piece of paper…so i don’t have any interest in coming back. Mainly because of the energy that is in that building. I would recommend at least playing elevator music. I didn’t need the whole room knowing what i was coming in for."

"This place is a joke!! Ran by NP's who can't do a damn thing, clueless!! Very DISSATISFIED!! YOU CAN REFER ME SOMEWHERE BUT CANT DISCUSS MY CONCERNS WITH ME AS A PATIENT, WHAT A JOKE!! Deals with my heart! I can see from previous reviews, that this place is known for this! If I could give a zero rating, I would give it a 00!! There is sooo much more that I can type about my previous visits also!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I will NEVER return here again. Explains why there are seldom patients there when I go. This is NOT a "Medical" clinic Explains an overall rating of 2.9"

"What is the point of patients leaving a message for a call back if no one calls them back? I called Monday morning, no call back. I called today, no call back. This is ridiculous!"

"Went in for flu like symptoms and paid $70 for visit. Did all my test and did a respiratory test and paid another $30. Did not even send me home with any medicine or anything. Over night symptoms got worse. Mind you I waited til 12pm the next day for my results for them to tell me that I just had a common cold and to continue to take over the counter medication. Went to another walk in clinic and I didn’t have to pay for my visit because my insurance covered it. Why did it cover at one place but not the other. Anyways ran test again and same day found out I had the flu and sent me home with meds and got a shot.. terrible place and when I brought my son because he had Covid it took Duson family health care a week to call back with the results by that time my son was already feeling better and back at school. This place just wants your money be careful!!!"

"At one time, the service seemed good. Now, I feel they are only "cash cows". There are no doctors. Don't break a bone and need pain medication. This medical facility tells you to go to the emergency room (I have never had a doctor, which they're not, refuse to treat my pain). In addition, you don't get one dedicated nurse practitioner to focus on you, bond with you, and bring that wealth of knowledge to your case. Oh, and don't tell them you have 4 issues you're dealing with. They're quick to let you know that they can only deal with 3. Meaning, come back the next day for number 4. To me, you're just a number!"
