"Never go to this location. They will mess up your taxes. You'll be waiting over a year or never get your refund. It's sick and disgusting to me that this place dare to call themselves tax professionals. I sent my information in on four separate occasions. H&r block has failed horribly. Has failed horribly in doing what they promised and what I paid them to do. I've recently been given the excuse that a new person has Bought the business. Basically what I'm being told is too bad so sad. The new person that taken over the business doesn't care about me. Doesn't care that I have two children under the age of five who I support alone. My gas has already been shut off me and my children have no heat in our home. I'm riding around with no insurance on a vehicle with little children. I currently owe the electricity company $1,200 and at risk of it being shut off. The new owner has done nothing to help me. There is no sympathy or compassion at h&r block in LaPlace horrible horrible horrible no one go to this location."

"I will not be using them for my taxes ever again. The person I usually use was busy and booked which is understandable. However, I was given another taxpayer to assist me with my return and needless to say the worst thing ever!!!!!!!!!!!! As I’m I don’t if the lady I’m asking questions especially about things that she didn’t bother to bring up that would be more beneficial. Two (2) weeks later I had to call them and find out that the lady entered my ENT WRONG ON ONE OF MY W2’s!!!! No one bothered to reach out to me or even email letting me know what was going on! So, my return had to be re done, was processed and I still don’t have it. I’ve called the 800 number and the office more than once and can’t seem to get a straight answer about anything. I called just now and I’m being told something way out the way and different than before. I’ve never had this issue before but the just lost me as a customer of theirs for good."
