"Very unprofessional she has been doing me and my wifes taxes for four years now . She always contacted us prior to tax season . Last year me and the wife filed separate and she did both of our taxes . This year she did my wifes taxes and decided not to ask or notify me of filing tax extention like she had in prior years . She told me i needed to find someone locally the day after deadline for taxes which is today. I told her but didnt you do my wifes taxes ? No response ! I am courious to know why would you not notify the husband that is a established client of tax prepration but yet do his wifes taxes . Then tell him he needs to find someone else . This is real strange and really unprofessional ! I am a business owner and if I treated continuing paying customers that way I would not be in business long ."
