"Terrible. I was hired at a time when I desperately needed work and they were all too happy to low-ball me into the ground. I had to relocate from my home state only to be paid a miserable salary. After working there for a little over two years, God was gracious enough to get me something better. Even when I left, MBO had told the entire office that I left without giving notice, which was untrue, libelous, and unprofessional. Her favoritism really showed in the office. Everyone else was great. I've also heard that other Perficient offices are not as "clique-y" as the Lafayette office. Your mileage may vary. If MBO is no longer in the office, I would assume its probably a more decent working environment."
