"Inadequate knowledge, professionalism, communication, and compassion. The doctor was rude when I asked why she would not help me obtain my LDN prescription after moving states, knowing that that’s what I was there for. She could have told me before I paid 200$ for bloodwork that she was not willing to take a minute to research a medication she was unfamiliar with. The only ‘explanation’ she would give was that “she has never prescribed me that before”. Refused to tell me anything about what my bloodwork could mean. Just said “come back when you have significant joint swelling”. Seemed very dismissive of my pain complaints when I mentioned that my joints feel unstable from hypermobility. I also mentioned twice that the perfume from her and her staff was uncomfortable for me. She did not even acknowledge that she heard me. Being around fragrances can make my blood pressure plummet when I’m around it long enough. Medical staff should be more considerate of that. Y’all aren’t there to seduce people, you’re there to help."
