"Billing office refused to work with me on payment arrangements!! I was paying $25.00 every 2 weeks but that would not get my account paid in full within their 90 day pay in full policy so they threatened to send me to a collection agency over the $9.00 I had remaining over the 90 day period!!! VERY RUDE !!!!"

"Nothing but duplicate bills and your insurance will pay for only one so you are stuck paying the entire other bill which amounts to about $2000 for me! RIDICULOUS -- and Christus Highland uses this group!! Not to mention that the office won't work with you when you're going to try to pay your bill! I will be going to Willis Knighton next time! Awful!! If I could I would give them zero stars"

"We received a call from a collection agency stating that we had an unpaid bill from 2011 from this group. I was told that this group only sends out two bills and then they turn you over to collections. The collection agency said that they also don't send you a bill, they only call and don't leave a voice message. None of this makes since. USE ANOTHER ANESTHESIOLGY GROUP!!!"

"Had a procedure done at an IN network facility. Did not know who my anesthesiologist was until he met me in pre-op. This group is not IN network and would not give me the "Humana discount" listed on my EOB. Threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay. The only recourse they gave me was a "payment plan". And they were pretty rude about it, too."
