"Dr. Miller is GREAT, and the office staff is very nice. There is only one thing I wish the office could change. Currently, there is no electronic way to sending customers their appointment time at the time they make it. Each time I make an appointment, I have to scramble for a pen and paper, then, at some later time when I have time, peck it in to my phone's calendar. I wish the office had a way of either texting me or emailing me the appointment time and date *at the time I make it* that includes a link I could click on that simply adds it to my calendar. In addition, all lab slips have to either be mailed (with may or may not make it to my mailbox), or I have to find time to drive by the office and retrieve it manually. This is a little "behind the times". I want a way to be able to either be emailed the lab slip, or maybe log in to a secure site where I can print it myself. However, the level of care is great!"
