"I went in off a referral from a close friend and filed. The friend and I already had already did my taxes online through their website for practice just to see and already had our own estimation in our heads going in. Although I made figure salary and online it showed me owing a couple hundred dollars. We went in and I completely blind sided with the results I got. I ended up having to owe thousands and not only that but their services were $305 so I paid that amount for them to tell me I owe over 11 xs the amount that even charged me to file my taxes. Either their website or their office messed it up. Then I had give my bank account information to them upfront for the IRS to deduct it from my account on the last day of taxes of April 15th so now it's a budgeting plan I have to do to make sure I have that specific amount in my account by then."
