"So I just returned a cell phone I bought two days ago. When I tried to activate the phone, I was informed by my wireless provider that the phone had been reported lost or stolen. I was able to get a refund on the phone at the pawn shop, but could not be refunded for the $15 insurance policy I bought on the phone. We were told the purpose in buying the insurance policy was for things like this. Maybe next time you should inform your customer that the insurance will guarantee them a refund in case you made a mistake.. You sold us a phone that had been reported lost/stolen and it cost me $15. My dad has been a pretty loyal customer to Cash America in Chalmette for almost 20 years and it was always my first choice when looking for refurbished tools and electronics. You lost all future business from both of us today. I had to give you 1 star just to post this but I definitely would have given you 0 had that been possible."

"I just called this place about Pistol and the lady had a attitude on the phone. I'm a Commission Officer and a gun collector so I tried to give this place business cause I saw on their website that a FNS 40 has been sitting there for over two months now but I see why now cause she just lost them good business cause if she would've done right and show real customer service I would've brought the pistol plus probably more but I'm going to take my 3250$ some where else. If they dont change their bad customer service and rude nasty attitude, they're going to lose a lot of customers...smh"

"Been there 3 times. When I say slow I mean slowwwwwwww been there 3 times walked out 3 times attendants spend more time repeatedly walking in the back room leaving customers waiting and waiting. Last time I was there only one customer at counter they spent more time talking about the Superbowl and fishing leaving there customers to wait on their conversations that had nothing to do about business. If you don't mind waiting forever on their slow service go there if you have a life and have other commitments in the day don't waste your time going there. Customer service is poor."
