"They deserve a ZERO STAR!! I have used this CPA for many years until this year . Their fees are grossly and extremely high and they over charge as well as had several double billing issues. They get by with this by their vague and bulk billing descriptions on their invoices . I have a small business of three or less employees.the only service I was receiving from TWK was quarterly payroll and end of the year tax returns! I requested many times for itemized statements going back two years to justify recent billing statements sent to me by Carrol but I never received any itemized statements . The years I do have some itemized statements for I discovered where I have been double billed and non applied payments . When brought this to their attention they did nothing and they never responded back to me still to this day. If you are thinking of hiring this company for your accounting needs I highly recommend you request their itemized fees and charges prior to them doing any accounting work for you . Get that in writing or emailed and stay organized when you pay your bills to them always know which invoices you are paying for and do not pay unless they provide you with itemized billing statements. If you are a current customer be aware of double billing and vague or bundle billing . They were sending me invoices for over 10 thousand dollars the only description listed was "Accounting fees and Services" how can any company expect their customers to pay off of vague invoice descriptions especially when it's over ten thousand dollars!!! I never did get a break down of services fees or a history of past billing itemization . To the unfortunate current customer of theirs ......Good luck requesting a history of itemized billing yourself . Carol will tell you that does not have that information and you will half to get with the CPA working your account . However they won't give it to you like they did to me . When you find another CPA you will realize just how much more you were getting screwed by them because their fees are grossly inflated and his CPA work is nothing magical by any means !! I do not recommend this CPA firm !! Find another more honest firm who gives your their fees up front in the beginning."
