There is also a boxing ring for training and sparring. The gym has plenty of equipment sanitizer available and two garage-type doors that are often open for air circulation. Membership is reasonably priced and parking is easy to find. Coach Spyder has a deep knowledge of effective fighting technique and is always willing to impart advice.
