"I definitely recommend this gym it’s amazing for all the variety of weight lifting equipment and machines. There’s even a boxing ring and upper level has cardio machines. I really appreciate that this business allows people traveling from out of town to workout here for free, it’s such a great privilege. I get such a great workout here not only because of the variety of weights and weight lifting equipment but also the people. I really appreciate not being bothered by anyone trying to socialize or hangout; this is a muscle gym through and through. I love that they are dog friendly here, it’s always nice to see a happy dog! They have multiple bathrooms to change in, no locker room/shower. There’s a filtered water station that is very convenient and even a nutrition business right next door for protein powder and anything else you might need. There is a designated chubby area shelf section to place bags, I haven’t had any issues using it. People are very focused here, it’s so refreshing. Love the music here it’s very motivating and amped up! If I visit NOLA again, this will be my go to gym."

"Man! Where do I even start? This is by far the best gym I’ve been to, no question! I’ve traveled all across the United States more than a few times and have not once found a gym like this. Trust me, it doesn’t exist anywhere else. Sean has made the gym culture here absolutely flawless and always keeps the equipment up to date and well maintained. There’s even equipment here that you can’t even find throughout the entire state of Louisiana!! I have never been to a better gym. I’d literally fly back to visit this gym, it’s that freakin’ good!"

"Great gym, let you train for free if you're serious about lifting and from out of town. Would recommend it to anyone who takes their training seriously who wants a real gym. No BS policy is the best way for a gym to operate. Had two great workouts there on my vacation."

"Solid place but a bit odd. Owner was very proud that they didn’t allow anyone to wear masks, and there were lots of signs about how to use standard strongman implements like atlas stones, which just seemed like too much babysitting. The strongman equipment was decent - I think there may have been more powerlifting gear but I didn’t look in that section too much. The people that train there seem cool, they bring a lot of their own strongman equipment to use which is nice. Overall kind of indoctrinating, but with members who had similar goals to me."

"I come here for training and when I first took a look at the place I was very intimidated. But once inside and getting to the know the place and the people who come here regularly you see how much of a fit family atmosphere it is. Everyone is helpful and this gym has so many machines that I dont see at any other place!"
