"Customer service reps were very rude. I called before I came, described my items and Marie (Maria) said to bring it in and that they should be able to buy it. It was raining hard outside, I had items in my hand ( a monitor, speakers and keyboard), and my monitor dropped. They watched from the inside and didn't even bother to open the door seeing me struggle with these items. I put everything on the counter and before they even looked at it, the lady says we're not interested. She had her cell phone in her hand and took a call and nonchalantly said we're not interested. Very rude and non friendly reps. Definitely do not recommend this place!"

"I can attest to the other reviews which I read after I called them, they have zero customer service skills, which typically means it will only get worse if you do business with them. I'm staying away, I would suggest the same to to anyone. Read the other reviews before going there."
