"I really liked Dr Cookie a lot, she had a good bedside manner and was very understanding but I was recently told by one of her staff that since I missed my appointment in January 2023 due to a family emergency, there was so much going on the entire year and I’ve had other devastating things happen this year so I’ve been off my meds and a total mess but now they are treating me as a new patient which requires an hour appointment and can’t tell me when she can see me, it might not even be until February 2024 or later the girl said! This is their policy she said and for as much money it costs and she only accepts self pay it’s a horrible policy in my opinion!"

"She really cares and is the best dr I have had. I tried one other psychiatrist before her and he would Never allow me time to explain how I was feeling and just wrote a script. Dr. Gonzalez took the time to figure out what I needed and helped me tremendously. The office always returns calls promptly."

"Didn't quite get the results from Dr Gonzalez that everyone else claims. Changed Dr's and it's made a world of difference in my child's life!! For anyone struggling with adolescence suicide or depression, don't feel like just because you went to what you perceived as the best Dr to be the only choice or best fit for you!! If your not getting the results you expect, change Dr's as we are talking about a human life vs a business's reputation... Easy choice for me!!!"

"Dr. Cookie is the best when it comes to working with children and their emotions. Even young adults. She is cash pay only but way worth it!!!! If you have a child who needs compassion with the knowledge of an M.D. she's your Cookie! Lol"
