"I’ve waited almost a month for my appt w/Mrs Brooks & even filed an extension on my taxes just so I could meet with her. Here it is-a couple of days before our appt & she has her receptionist call & cancel stating she just doesn’t have time to take on new customers. I agreed to wait several weeks for our meeting because it was tax time. I understand she must ensure she allocates enough time for her clientele but making a new customer wait a month just to cancel without any regard as to how this is affecting my business is purely unprofessional! That’s just wrong!"
