"Called me to spam and gather my information. Told them to take me off their list and they hung up on me. Looked up the info I was given to call back and they refused to answer. Do not ever work with this entity, they aren't legit."

"I dropped off my paperwork with this "professional" over a month ago. I asked several questions about new tax laws that were not answered. I paid them to handle my taxes or so I thought. When I was told my taxes were ready and arrived to pick them up I was told I had to go home and finish doing my taxes myself even though they had already taken my money. They ensured me that I had to June to finish my taxes when I picked up my paperwork May the 20th it said that I had to may the 17th to mail off the forms I received on May the 20th. I will likely be in trouble with the I.R.S. over this. It is amazing to me how unprofessional this ended. I sincerely hope I don't have to take legal action behind the delay of this " " professional " " company."
