"Pup Rivers, went in on Friday, he isnt doing well with his health. Today Saturday they called us once & said they would call us this afternoon..to update us of what going on. Never did. Its been 16 Hours..and idk anything about my pups health or whats going on. Theres no other number to call, they are closed tomorrow[sunday]. Very unprofessional & cant even tell us whats the reason our pup is sick. They won't pick up the phone. Very stressful situation. Don't see us coming back."
