"I have been working with Aspens Roof representative Jamie Adams since 08/08 to get my roof repaired after the hurricane. I am very disappointed in the efforts and lack of communication throughout the entire process. I have also been waiting since the end of October to get a color match to start any repair work. It is now December! They will not give an estimate. They want to see your insurance documents and deal with your insurance directly. That should have been a res flag from the beginning. Doing my conversation with Mr. Adams, he told me that I could find someone else to complete the work if I wanted. That statement told me that he and the company he represents doesn’t care about customer service or following through with promise commitments. I selected Aspen out of over 10 other contractors. I can honestly say that this has been the worst contractor experience I have ever had. I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. Do not let them volunteer to tarp your roof or do any free initial service. If your insurance doesn’t grant a full roof repair, they blow you off and send you a bill 2 months later for whatever free tarping they installed that you never requested. They have very shady business practices and lying representatives."

State Farm refused to cover the roof damage of my house, and canceled my home insurance policy. I didn't know what to do and almost gave up. David came and helped me contact them. He's very professional and reliable. He was helping me fought for my claim all the time. Finally, State Farm decided to pay for my roof replacement. He's the guy you can trust. I recommended him to my friends and neighbors. If you have problems with your roof, just call him and he will help you as much as he could."

I was fortunate enough to be pointed in the direction of Aspen Contracting and after contacting the main office, I received a call back from Hugh within 24 hours. I immediately felt at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. He also met my insurance adjuster to point out damage beyond my expertise. Hugh and Devon are definitely a team to help in a crisis. When feeling hopeless and stressed, they provided the support necessary to take on all aspects of replacing my metal roof.
