"when to get lab work done last week the lady name Lauren knows I have anxiety and she usually good, but the day she was going on break and I ask her If she can please do it because in the pass she did a good job but this time she got upset and when she did my blood work I didn't see her opening the packet where the the needle was and on top of that she put the needle in a durty table before she draw my blood she was careless and in a hurry and upset and she push the needle in my arm very hard just because she was going on a 10 min break and ask her to do it in a very polite way she cause me a hemotoma in my arm. but there is something call karma what you do to others will come back to you."
"If I could give no stars I would. I recently gave birth here. The labor and delivery staff was great. Unfortunately things weren’t documented properly and now my baby is stuck with the wrong birth date. All because I wanted skin to skin right when she came out. That means they didn’t start the paper work until after they started working on here. Making her born the day after she was actual born. To be clear, she was born 2 minutes before midnight. I had a little skin to skin before they worked on me and then they took her. Now they’re saying her birth date it 2 minutes after midnight the following day. What a joke!!! Not to mention before this the gentleman (who was on call) to give me my epidural got fussy with me when he made something splatter (so I jumped a little) and he got mad. Like sir, if you told me what you were doing I wouldn’t have jumped as much. Let’s add to this shall we. I’ve done my whole pregnancy here on base. Worse decision to be frank. They made me do a two hour glucose test because my first test was a little high. So they diagnosed me with gestational diabetes even though the entire time my numbers were fine and I don’t have any problems! Neither did my baby. They didn’t want to let up at all. If I could do this all over again I’d definitely go off base. This place is a joke."
"Thank You For Your Service. The Irony is at Baynes-Jones not only are you not thanked but the pharmacy will not fill an active prescription you have presented the bottle for. They won't even give you a partial when you have no more pills. What they will do is transfer your active prescription from the previous VAMC which will take approximately 3 days then you can return and have your prescription that you have not taken for 3 days filled. How much Foreign Aide is in the budget and I can't get 7-10 pills until I can make other arrangements. Really?"
"NEGATIVE STARS! Labor and delivery and OBGYN here is absolutely freaking atrocious. Where they think they are God and can do whatever they want. Telling moms they're fat and need to lose weight (word for word) even when they have barely gained 5lbs in pregnancy. Not to mention fear mongering moms and forcing them to get induced because it's "near a holiday." Then forcing moms to stick their baby over and over again to check for diabetes when all lab tests have been perfectly normal. I hope someone fires or sues them and they lose their medical license."
"Even short staffed labs, they were incredibly friendly, efficient, and calming. It was what looked like a one woman show for a hour or two because of staffing and she did brilliant. Pharmacy people are really nice and helpful. The wait was a little long but nothing to Fort Campbell, all in all you could tell they were working as best as they could. Clinics was running efficiently, and i had a PCM actually listen to what I had to say about health concerns for the first time ever from military care aid order labs, actually put through referrals, and work to build a nice relationship with me. Jury is still out on behavioral health. Not a great first impression though. Medical staff aren't robots and deserve grace and patience too. They're all always smiling, I've been 3x and they've been working hard and putting on friendly"
