Blacklist Martial Arts, located at 5756 West Main Street in Houma, Louisiana, is a gym focused on health and fitness. Head Instructor Derrick Breaux, a 3rd Degree BJJ Black Belt, Muay Thai Instructor, and retired Pro MMA fighter, is passionate about teaching martial arts and helping individuals become the best versions of themselves. Since 2005, Blacklist Martial Arts has been offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and MMA classes in Terrebonne and Lafourche Parish.
At Blacklist Martial Arts, we are committed to helping you improve your focus, discipline, and physical fitness through martial arts training. Our goal is to teach effective self-defense techniques that are practical and applicable in real-life situations. We offer classes in kickboxing, takedowns, grappling, and life skills tailored to different age groups.
