Unfortunately, I later learned that Jeff Norris was not providing quality service to many clients/real estate agents. I was burned on at least (2) occasions due to Norris’ incompetence as an attorney. I lost over a hundred thousand dollars on one deal alone not to mention another deal worth more than that simply b/c Norris closed a deal with an individual who had Teresa Polk notarize his deceased father’s signature and his mentally handicapped spouse’s signature. Norris recommended that I file suit against him so that his E&O could pay me and then later advised that he could not afford the deductible. I have made every attempt to resolve this issue with Norris until he sent me the link to the Attorney Disciplinary Counsel. The clerk’s office reflects several law suits against Norris for similar situations. Proceed with caution."
