"We had a bad experience, with them."
"The staff working at this office are completely disrespectful with no regard to their clients. Cheyenne and Terry Adams doesn't have any communication skills which begs to question how'd they land this job. Unfortunately they are a bad representation of the attorneys they work for in which both Cheyenne and Terry should be retrained or not retained. There is complete lack of skills such as being able to listen. I visited the office as well as made several phone call which ended with Terry yelling, being disrespectful and hanging up. I made several attempts to calm her down by asking her to listen to my request, in which proved she was incapable of. The illegal billing practices being done to me and others are happening without remorse. The experience I endured was traumatizing and stressful. Terry assured me that I wouldn't be able to talk to anyone else just before making the decision to end the call. One star was generous because this honestly didn't deserve the one star."
