"GREAT course that I’ve played since 2013 - In recent years however the scheduler or the individual starting is sending out groups of 5 on top of each other - Today there was 4 groups of 5 and mixed in a 4 of walkers - My round took 6hrs and 23 min. Absolutely absurd. No Marshal either. Pace of play and golf etiquette need to become a priority at this course again. Oak Wing will get my business moving forward. Ridiculous. Do better Links management."

"We just had our league event at this facility and the course was better than any public course that we have in the Shreve port area. We drove an hour and a half but have no regrets. In fact, we are already planning another trip down to play it again. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pro shop and dining area are very clean and well kept. The course was in amazing shape and we have been 100+ temps for the last six weeks."

"Just as others have stated, this is course is a must play if you are in the area. I am stationed at Fort Polk and have only played Warrior Hills on the installation. I regret waiting so long to drive to Alexandria for a round of golf. It is definitely worth the hour drive to get there from Polk. The wide open links style is great for players like me. Only lost one ball on the opening hole when I hooked it left out of bounds. The greens hold the ball well. Very well maintained course and was a great value for the greens fee."
