We offer 15, 30, 45, and 60-minute options for you, your loved ones, and employees. Private group sessions are available with pricing based on the number of guests, supplies, and location. We also offer private, individual, and group sessions with negotiable travel and prop fees. Vinyasa Flow classes cater to all levels, focusing on breath awareness, personal intentions, and self-confidence. Cold scented towels, verbal modification cues, and hands-on adjustments are available. Guided classes pay special attention to proper body alignment, personal injuries, and specific poses/modifications for a healing Yoga journey. Physical assistance is optional but recommended for safety and progression in your practice. Restore for your work day and life with a refreshing group session for mind, body, and soul.
