"Why all these bad reviews the only reason I can think of is that you can see it's clear day that many parents are taking their kids medications to sell it if you act a certain way you don't get a response this way you're going to feel this way. He's been there for me for 30 years and I'm on nothing major I can't go in the pacifics but I'm not on him narcotics you have to be truthful if you go there deceptive that's what one reaction has the other reaction I'm going to go ahead and give him a good review because there are others out there that will actually deceive . He is actually one of the best but you have to do what you need to do. I just apologized to a counseling lady and she's a great lady out of Hardin County but for privilege reasons I can't mention who she is but she cared about me and loved me . And and I'm lucky to have had him as my psychiatrist for this long and I realize how lucky I am. Thanks Dr k and to the staff as best to all to the ladies and the young gentleman that works there in the morning very very early at 5:00 a.m. laugh out loud. He's not miss one appointment in 30 years I've seen him."

"They never answer their phones and if you leave a message most of the time they don't call back!!! Found a better place called new path health and wellness they have offices in Beaumont and Houston and Lumberton!!! And they call back or text back 99%of the time within an hour or the same day!!!!"

"This group of doctors are a joke. You seen a different doctoreverytime you go to your appointment they get in a room quick but you wait 45 mins until a doctor comes in and I never seen Dr. Kenneganti in the 6 months I used him for a doctor. The first appointment ever I inform the doctor of all my medications and at night i would smake about a half of a Marijuana joint cause that was the only thing that would let me rest because I have fibromalga. They said that was fine. Well they did a drug screen on me and I failed the drug test for amphetamines and methamphetamine and Marijuana. Well I take adapec, ALBUTEROL inhaler, promethazine 12.5mg and I don't do meth so I called the pharmacist and he informed me that yes I will fail for both of the amphetamines and the doctor knows that but yet he wouldn't give me but two of my medications and not the other 2 and the one of the cripts he wouldn't give me Xanax and I have been on that for 25 years and two days later I had a seizure so my family doctor had to give me my meds until my new doctor would break able to give me my meds"

"I like Dr K but his staff is awful. Driving an hour 3 times a week for severe depression treatments. Can't even get acknowledged at the front window. Complain but nobody cares. Gotta wonder how well treatments really work if staff keeps you totally aggravated most the time. When I first started coming I could text girl doing my treatments now told only in emergency. Been coming here 2 years and this is how I'm still treated here. It's very irritating and depressing just to deal with your staff. Very uncaring fora office that treats these conditions."
