It’s not like they are busy because when you go to the school every one in the financial aid drop is literally not assisting no one . This is outrageous"

"This school so far is unprofessional. I can’t get into contact with ANYONE about my ebook that’s aid for with finaid. I emailed them a total of 40 times, called, left voicemails, wrote on their FB, and contacted the instructor who can’t even help. I have to navigate through the course without a book lmao I refuse to pay for it when it’s already paid for but they just not putting it on my course. I suggest you find another school because if I knew it was going to be like this I would’ve found another school who has the program I’m enrolled in. I don’t live in Nola so it’s hard to go there. My classes are online."
