"Staff was so kind with my formerly-abused rescue dogs, even the dramatic one who howled like she was being tortured, causing everyone in the waiting room to be concerned. Their gentle humor and professionalism during the noisy ordeal (y'all, I am so so sorry Tallulah has such lungs!!!) was both impressive and heartwarming.
