"During the process of getting my loan it took over an hour. They didn’t notify me prior to driving an hour to them that some of the documents I emailed needed a different format. So I had to try and search for them in office. The employee who was helping me was answering the phone and working with other clients while she was working on my loan which seemed to make my process even longer. Then they printed the check in my maiden name instead of my married name so I had to wait even longer for a new check to be printed."
