"I noticed my child had symptoms of an ear infection in which he did have a little over a month ago. I took him to see dr. Heller because his regular pediatrician had been out of office. When going in, I gave dr. The symptoms I noticed my son had and told him they were pretty much the same I noticed as him having an ear infection in both ear a month prior. We were not in the office 20 minutes and he pretty much disregard everything I was saying. And told me nothing was wrong with my son.(a mother’s instinct) knows when something is wrong with their child. I got no discharge paper or anything which I normally get. We leave and I go on the MyChart app later to see dr. Heller says my child has an upper respiratory infection which he didn’t tell me. So I took my child to urgent care. The lady checks his ear and says he has a severe ear infection in one ear In which I kind of had a feeling because of symptoms. I just feel he really didn’t care or take the time to really listen to me."
