"Dr. Vu used to be my pediatrician as a kid, and my younger siblings as well. Since his retirement I have chose to keep my children in his son's care. I absolutely love him as a doctor, just as much as his father however the front desk has made a turn for the worse ever since the two women who originally worked that have left. Everytime one of my kids become sick unexpectedly, i call to have them seen as a walk in. One day they're accepting walk-ins,one day it's only during certain hours, and I'd end up having to visit the ER ,sitting for hours for something as simple as an ear infection. It has become so inconvenient that I've changed their pediatricians."
