Unavailable to assist with their broken set-up. Definitely showing me that there is not anything worthwhile with doing business in Louisiana."

"Basic facts. I was given a price at Home Depot of apprx. $350 to replace a wood door with metal. Paid $40 to have space measured. Door was over$1000 & work over $1000. I asked for the measurement info I had paid for. They claimed Home Depot won't let me have it in case something is incorrect (legal issue). I said just scribble it down on plain paper. No. I said I wanted the $40 back since I had nothing to show for my money. They never even let me hold the paper! Read it to me. I said I would enter a review. Suddenly I was transfered to someone and $ refunded. I will now check around. Is over $2000 standard for replacing a 40 + exterior wood door with a cheaper metal door? They said some non standard issues with frame. Odd. 117 unit townhomes and other doors replaced. Why is mine different?"

"Leaf Filters - Gutter Guard This company is quick to take your money, but no follow through for problems. First, the installer did not clean my gutter prior to installation, so all the debris in the gutter was under the filter. The guards were improperly installed with the material slanting back toward the house, so the leaves could never been washed off the gutter. The one time an installer came back to my home, he admitted the installation was incorrect and would be back. That was in February 2022. The problem eventually caused a leak in the gutter that required replacement. That is when I discovered the Leaf Filters rep had lied to me about cleaning the gutter and I took pictures to prove the issues I have described above. I have found this company to be most unreliable, and the product to not be all it is advertised to be."

"Window World of Baton Rouge is horrible to deal with! I ordered windows in September of 2020 after Hurricane Laura destroyed my house. The first thing I ordered was new windows as all of mine were damaged and I couldn’t see anyone walking up to my door. Finally, in March or April, I had windows installed. The installers broke my kitchen window and my bathroom window was measured wrong. The installers have been here twice since then. Both times the windows were either broken or the wrong size. I paid for the windows in September. I’m beyond upset with this company. None of the supervisors will call me back. I don’t know what I can do since I’ve already paid for them."
