"completely rude. i had a voicemail from them regarding an old bill. When i called back to speak with Christina a male answered. When I said I was returning her call he cut me of and said "yeah well thats why you are speaking with because she is obviously busy." Then proceeded to be short with me even though I was being very nice about the unfortunate topic. When he asked what i could pay he laughed and said well we can only do $100 a month so we will mail to you." and hung up on me. I have never dealt with them before so I am just trying to get my information straight understand whats going on and this is what happens. How unprofessional can you be?"

"Should you ever fall on hard times, they will not work with you on making an affordable payment. My son is going through medical needs that we must cover out of pocket, and it is 2 days after Christmas. They know all of this and even though I contacted them a day after they left me a message the very next day after Christmas, I was berated and called a liar by a Christina when trying to break up the payments into something I could afford. When asked to speak to a manager, I was sent straight to the voicemail."
