"My sister found a kitty in desperate need. She needed urgent attention to give her a fighting chance. We were gonna take care of all costs. But the clerk said that the vet was overbooked so couldn’t take 5 min to look at this kitty and perhaps again, give her a fighting chance. If you’re ever in this circumstance with one of your own, don’t trust this place to prioritize or to at least show compassion. They seem to lack it. If I could, I’d give no star. I still remember this poor kitty. We still remember the kitty these folks were so unkind and unwilling to look at , notwithstanding our ability to pay for any service. They lack compassion."

"I brought my aging Yorkie in for an emergency visit. She had a huge lump on her neck. They fit me in after the vets surgeries that day. After a thorough exam and what tests they could run at their office, they gave antibiotics for my dog and an anti-inflammatory med, with a follow-up appointment in a week. Very caring, answered all questions, and sent off blood work also. Meds worked, and she is fine today. I highly recommend these veterinarians."
