"Are you ever going to fix your phone system. It is almost impossible to get transferred to the pharmacy. Your automated system is a joke. Please fix this, per every doctors office in this area! Doesn't even deserve 1 star"
"This has to be the worst CVS in the world. You can't ever get what you need in stock. They are literally out of every medication from the pharmacy every single day. You can't get through on the phone. Because everyone is calling about their out of stock meds. You should just close it and replace it with another location. Seriously fill your prescription someplace else!!"
"They are always super slow. The drive through is slow, going inside is slow. They send automated messages that say things are ready and when you get there and wait 20 minutes they are out of it and it's still on order and if they do happen to have it, it is never ready. This is the worst pharmacy we have ever used. We are moving all of our business and prescriptions to Walmart. It just isn't worth going to CVS anymore. It's just awful."
"I Over heard a male employee tell an elderly man “the registers are not supposed to be open unless it’s a return but I guess I’ll do it”. I am disappointed to hear that type of attitude especially directed to older people. I believe what sets stores apart in this area was positive personal contact with employees. Having people stand in line to use one small self checkout machine, when there are several employees within eye site is disappointing. Seeing Lumberton stores move away from the hometown values that benefited so many people over the years is disappointing."
"I walked into the store at 9:00 pm on 9/27/19. I was all the way in the back looking for Nexium. I found the generic brand. Picked it up and was startled by a female employee saying “we’re closed”. Every place I’ve ever been checked out any customer that was allowed to enter the store. If they were closed why didn’t they lock the door or at least stop me before I wasted all that time. Not cool at all when you’re tired and drove in from Houston. Walmart won this time."
