I really hate it when people say,"it's just a dog! " NO, IT IS NOT JUST A DOG, IT IS FAMILY, A CHILD and that is how this staff treats their patients! That's why I love and trust this office. My Burnaby had an issue with her eye over New Years and thanks to the loyalty and dedication of the staff, they worked her in immediately once they opened. Dr. Coleman removed the eye and addressed another issue at the same time. They were so cautious with my Lilly due to her heart condition and my baby made it off the table, alive and happy as well as pain free. Thank ypu so much Sally, Keri and Brie! The entire team I thank! Not only were they proactive, they kept me updated throughout the day."
