"The old Carmelite Monastery is amazing. While it is no longer occupied by the Carmelite Nuns the building and grounds are historic and beautiful. The grounds were enclosed by a very high brick wall for years. This prevented contact with the outside world. The new owners have it open at times and we were fortunate enough to enter. Beautiful gardens with historic statues fill the enclosed grounds. The church is still active and they have rooms that I think can be leased."
