"We took our baby pup here after she had been getting sick recently. They said they knew what was wrong and that they fixed the problem while she was under surgery. They said she was doing great after and that they wanted to keep her another day to rest and heal. Well we wake up to a call the next morning saying that she passed away and they have no idea what happened. The staff was kind to us, and I hope they were careful with our little angel. But after having a bill over a grand and still not being able to save our pet, there's little I can say besides I'm dissapointed."

"Worked under this vet August 2022-April 2023. As far as patient care goes, Dr. Bynog is an excellent DVM. Patients are treated as they should be-as part of a client's family. Prices are also the best you'll find in Natchitoches and surrounding. This clinic also offers an isolation unit for parvo pups and FeLV/AIDs+ cats. Most of the staff is very friendly and kind, and clients are treated with utmost respect.
