I returned a vehicle to tower credit.he say I owe them interest that started at 1,118,00.now after four years it’s 11,596.18.he is very disrespectful toward women who are the weaker vessel and defenseless against him..he alone with his antics are very disgusting.gave my vehicle to a foreigner on florida Street who is not a u s citizen with a car lot called A plus auto for 40000 $,he has the vehicle for-sale for 7995$ my 2007 Escalade is located at 8260 Florida street Baton Rouge Louisiana,this man sold my vehicle on 02/24/2024 it had a clear title in my name when bankston seen to him getting it,this man operates this car lot under three different names,he put my vehicle under save auto why it was in my name,everything was done under the table along with constable office and tower credit.these people are no good.it was the only transportation I had and it had nothing to do with the loan."

"I called to get information about my garnishment bc i was told my attorney can give me the most information. Keep in my that this is my first, hopefully last, garnishment so, therefore I had many questions. Into my first two questions I sensed that Abby had an attitude. I brushed it off and continued my conversation. Abby informed me that it takes time for them to receive the payment bc of the process. I let her know that it’s a rip off bc we can’t control how long it takes for them to receive their money and as long as they have the date that it garnish from our check then that’s the only date that should matter. She told me I wouldn’t be in this situation if I would’ve just paid my debt! In the nastiest way at that! Which was rude! I told her that she didn’t know what type of hardship I had at the time and that she shouldn’t judge people bc we all fall short. In the process of me letting her know how unprofessional she was, she asked me did I have any more questions for her and I told her yes, however she needs to stop being so rude. She then hung up in my face! Abby needs to be fired. But after reading the rest of the comments, I see that this is the way she’s been for some time. Actually the entire firm. They’re rating is a 1 star! And that’s only to comment ! Its very sad and I hope she heals and let whatever hurt go that’s she’s holding on too bc she’s only damaging herself. I wonder if I can change the attorney!"

"I wish that I can rate not “a” star. I have never dealt with another human being or even shockingly an attorney like this man before. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked about insurance that I rightfully paid for in which I am not able to get clear answers about. He then assumed I was yelling. When telling him I was under the weather he responded and I do not care. WOW!! As human beings we have to do so much better no matter what position we uphold. I’m speechless. Never have I experienced this! Well- I wished him a better day. Love and positivity always wins :)"
