"Predergast law firm Lawyer Joey Cataldie is a joke and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this firm or him to anyone ! He especially takes on way too many cases, and never ever follow through . I contacted the law office for Mr. Cataldie on several occasions , left a message with the receptionist and never ever got a return call. I sent out Emails, was refused his cell number to contact him in regards to my up coming case. Mr. Cataldie retainer fee starts at $7,000 of which he gives you the run around the entire time because he always to busy for you . I regret everything in me of pursuing him as a lawyer because all her ever did was defend the opposing side and made excuses. If you ever need a lawyer DO NOT I repeat seek him ! Today was the worst day of my life but all in All i will prevail !! I have to spend additional money on finding a new lawyer because Mr. Joey Cataldie couldn’t do his 1 job of representing me correctly ."

There was a conflict of interest from the very beginning when he said he basically believed everything that came out of my exes mouth.
