"Before seeking counsel or any other services from this law firm please read this review in it's entirety. Four months ago, my loved one obtained counsel from attorney Ron Haley. We explained the situation to him and explained what it was that we were trying to do. Ron told us that he could do the service that we were requesting., and that if it did not go through we would receive a full refund. With his assurance we paid him. Needless to say, he never attempted to help my loved one. He did absolutely nothing. We were told to give him 60 days which we did. Those 60 days turned into 90 days and so on. After many excuses, and being given the run around he simply stopped corresponding with us altogether. All of his calls were intercepted by the paralegal which were met with excuses. It became apparent that he was not going to do the job that we paid him to do. We have been trying to get a refund from him for months now, but our calls have gone unanswered. This is very unprofessional and unethical. At this point we want a refund and nothing else' to do with him or this law firm. How do you take someone's hard earned money, not provide the services and refuse to give them a full refund? He never did one thing pertaining to representing my loved one. We are currently going through different channels legally to see what can be done to get our money back. Beware please do not seek counsel from Ron Haley or his law firm. Trust me you will regret it.."
