"This is very unfortunate that having lowest rating among banks in Kenner there is nothing done to improve anything at this branch - I am not writing this review just based on one visit. I have observed in my multiple visits and sitting there sometimes for hours. The problem is with Accountability & Management - I have seen so many times that girls especially especially, (you know what I am not gonna say otherwise I would be called racist although I could be from the same race) do there best to avoid customers, if one banker takes three or 4 customers they only take one and pretend that they are busy as hell . I have management experience and know how favoritism ruins any work environment and impact customer service. My humble suggestion for the branch manager to implement accountability , stop doing favoritism and keeps her eyes open when customers are sitting in lobby and no one is servicing them. Obviously to understand what I am saying the Branch Manager has to mature enough with management skills, otherwise you would be seeing another dissatisfactory review very soon."
