"From the service I had Friday I’m not surprised at the rating this bank has. Such a disappointment! Went to get a cash advance that they claim they don’t charge for and actually does have fees!!! They don’t explain anything and they don’t know anything. Before they try to help you find out they’re making smart remarks behind the glass. If you don’t know something, say that! They need a whole new set of tellers at this location!! This is going to make me switch banks because it’s not worth the disrespect!!!"

That's because this branch gives priority to those that care to come inside for a face-to-face encounter. This I LOVE, & is the motivating reason I stay with this bank! These customers are generally elderly. I know because I go inside just for the wonderful customer service! Keep up the great work!"
