"I been banking here for about 10 years now, and the only issues I’ve had so far is I’ve had my credit card and debt card froze for fraud several times, but they never notified me of the incident. Only to find out when I tried using my card. Last year of 2021 I had a cashiers check made for 40k. The first one they made, it had a error on it. So they trashed it. And made another one. Only to find out later on that the original check that had a error, was never voided. So I was charged for it. Accounting should have caught this. And accounting should have handled the matter more professionally. Management and accounting nor anybody reached out to me from that department telling me my funds have been put back into my account. It all seemed very shady. Be very cautious, some of the people they hire constantly make mistakes like this yet still retain employment. Since the matter was not handled professionally I contacted the FDIC and filed a report. Hopefully then this bank can actually right it’s wrongs."

"The only reason I am giving them 5 stars is because there is no way to give them 50 million stars. Gail Dawson and Rodney Logarbo have been awesome to work with over the past I don't know how many years.... They don't start out being great, just to get your business, then drop off the face of the earth like most banks I've dealt with over my lifetime. I truly appreciate my relationship with these people and their bank and I believe you will too. If you are a business owner and trying to decide which bank is best for you I would also say "Look no further". I have had several loans over the years and the process has always been super simple and both Gail and Rodney have helped with every step in the process. They were an integral part in securing the funds needed to buy my first shop and take my business to new heights. I just can't say enough good about FABT!"
