Ray A. Collins, a Cut Off, Louisiana native, graduated from South Lafourche High School in 1975 before earning a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 1979. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate/Law Degree in 1982 and clerked for Judge Walter I. Lanier, Jr. on the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeals for three years. Ray then joined the Law Offices of Steven M. Larussa as an associate trial attorney, focusing on personal injury and insurance defense for Allstate Insurance Company.
Ryan, also a product of South Lafourche, graduated from South Lafourche High School in 2009 and went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in History from Nicholls State University in 2014. He continued his education at Loyola University's School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2017. Committed to serving Lafourche Parish, Ryan has chosen to invest his education and career in the community he calls home.
