You could have all your ducks in a row prepared for them and you will still wait 20 minutes for any transaction, whether you go inside or through the drive thru. The drive thru is always terrible, though."

"Visiting a dying friend in Lafayette, came from Houston. My boyfriend needed to cash his check, so we went to this branch. There was an issue with the check so we waited in the car until it was resolved. In the meantime, I had to use the restroom very badly. When I went in, asking where the restroom was, I was asked if I had an account. I said no, but my boyfriend did. They said I couldn't use the bathroom because I'm not an account holder! My boyfriend could have, but not me! I actually planned on opening an account back in Houston based on my boyfriend's experience, but not only am I not doing so, my boyfriend will be closing his account, as will his employer, whose check he was cashing."
