"There’s no sense of urgency I started a business loan process with one of the agents on September 25. It’s now October 30 and we still haven’t gotten anywhere. I email I call and get no response. Only when I called the 800 number and speak to someone else, and they call her, do she call me back. We got no where with the process, and after sharing all my tax returns, social security number,bank statements, etc just to get no results"

"As a small business, I came to Pelican because I heard they were small business friendly. Apparently their NEW policy is to hold ALL checks, no matter the amount, for 5 to 7 business days. As a small business, I'd spend too much time doing this and losing my customers. They did say I could contact them on each check but if I deposit a large amount of checks, then I have to contact them on each and every one. Not to mention, if because of having to contact them on each one, I get busy and can't and end up in overdraft then I have to deal with that. I could understand on large checks over $1,000 but a check for $25, $50. $100 or even $500?"
